Booking rules
- 01The memorial is currently not accessible to visitors — tickets admit you to the museum and its galleries only.
- 02Reservations are valid only for the date and slot you selected.
- 03Please arrive 15 minutes before your slot; entry may be denied if you arrive after the slot ends.
- 04Carry a printout or the digital booking reference on your phone — it will be scanned at the entrance.
- 05Concession visitors (children, senior citizens, students) must show valid proof of age or a student ID at the counter.
- 06Foreign nationals must carry a valid passport for verification.
- 07A maximum of 40 visitors are admitted per 30-minute slot.
- 08Photography without flash is permitted; tripods, drones and professional shoots need prior written permission.
- 09Food, beverages, tobacco, weapons and inflammable items are not allowed inside the galleries.
- 10The management may restrict access to any gallery for maintenance, conservation or state ceremonies.
