Classical Dance Gallery

Some of India's finest classical choreographers have set works to the lives of Lakshmibai, Begum Hazrat Mahal and other women of the revolt. This intimate amphitheatre presents those works, both as scheduled live performances and as recorded films.

Costumes, scores and choreographic notation are displayed alongside, making the gallery as much an archive as a stage.
